Personal Disputes
There are many different forms of personal dispute, which can require the services of a lawyer. For example, you may be concerned that you have been left out of a will, or you have been disinherited by someone who has put pressure on your loved one. You could have been harmed in an accident at work or in the street, or you may have received medical treatment which was substandard, which has left you with pain or health problems. In other cases, you could have a claim against your employer, or you may be having trouble with your finances which has led to you being chased for debts, or being made bankrupt. If you need advice about any of these issues, we can help. We have a range of solicitors who are experts in all of these different areas of law, who will be willing to talk to you about your case.
