Elayne joined Samuels in 2012 as Office Manager, having spent 24 years working for Her Majesty's Court Service. Elayne's transition from the public to private sector has been rewarding and she feels privileged to be working for a modern business, where clients and employees are at the forefront of the firm's focus.
Elayne holds an Institute of Management Level 4 qualification, and brings to Samuels a formidable background in management and human resources. She is responsible for ensuring the practice remains compliant with the various rules we have to adhere to, and that high standards are achieved to maintain our Lexcel, CQS and other accreditations. Samuels achieves a high standard every year for excellence in our legal services, with Elayne ensuring that all of the necessary documents are in place and available to auditors.
She also assists Mark Cummings, Partner, with his property litigation work, and is a very experienced legal secretary.
Elayne says, "At Samuels, I work with a very professional, cheerful and friendly team, of which I am glad to be a part”.
Outside of work Elayne enjoys family time, holidays to re-charge the batteries (and has recently ventured into the world of caravanning) together with long walks and pub lunches.
Samuels is proud to announce that it has been awarded Lexcel accreditation again, reflecting our very high standards of client care.07/11/2023
