Coronavirus (Covid 19) Notice

Elayne Clarke  16-03-2020

As news of the coronavirus continues to dominate the media we have put contingency plans in place, to ensure we continue to provide the high level of service expected by our clients.

Our offices in Barnstaple and Kingsbridge are currently open for business as usual. Should it be necessary for either office to close, we can remotely access our case management and telephone systems, so you will be able to contact us and we will be able to continue working on your matter.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, as well as the official advice to businesses and individuals.

The health and safety of staff and clients is our priority and the government guidelines should be followed by everyone.

If you have any specific concerns or queries about coming to the office, or about your case, please do not hesitate to contact our senior partner Jan Samuel.

At present the courts remain open, and hearings and trials are going ahead as planned. If this changes, and your hearing or trial is postponed, we will be in touch with you to discuss the necessary arrangements as quickly as possible.

Although there will inevitably be some disruption, at present we are confident that we will be able to continue to provide our high levels of service to both existing and new clients, whether they are near or far.

If you have a new enquiry that you would like us to consider, you should contact us as usual.
