In response to demand from clients, we have created a new service for letting agents, who are increasingly finding that their businesses are suffering as a result of online reviews posted by disgruntled owners or tenants. We are intending to roll out this service to other business sectors, as demand increases.
Google Reviews and allegents.co.uk have been identified as the main hosts of potentially libellous reviews about our clients.
This new service is incredibly easy to use - clients can instruct us electronically, and letters are sent to the individual who posted the review within an agreed time frame. Our letters have been carefully drafted so as to ensure that as many opponents as possible will simply remove reviews, without any further action having to be taken.
We charge a low fixed fee for this service.
