Eleanor Mayhew-Hills

Eleanor studied European Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and then her LLB at the Open University, graduating with a 2:1.  

She secured the Cynthia Terry Scholarship from Gray's Inn, and studied her Bar Course at Northumbria University on a full scholarship. She passed her Bar Course with a distinction, and obtained her Master's Degree at the same time. 

She was called to the Bar as a member of Gray's Inn in 2022, after which time she became a Litigation Consultant specialising in employment law. 

Eleanor joined Samuel's Solicitors in 2025 to join Matthew Howe in their brand new Newcastle office, and will focus mainly property litigation.  In her spare time, Eleanor is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for Formula One and football.
