Donna Smith
Solicitor
Donna Smith is a Solicitor who joined us as a trainee in the summer of 2022. She has spent most of her training in the conveyancing and litigation departments but as a qualified solicitor is working within the firm's dispute resolution team, specialising in professional negligence cases and claims involving disputed wills and inheritance.
She obtained a First Class equivalent in her Business Degree which she completed in South Africa and she has completed the Graduate Diploma in Law alongside her full-time training.
Donna is client focused, with an extremely thorough approach to her cases, providing excellent practical advice to clients involved in disputes.
Donna has international work experience, being from South Africa and having spent 18 months working in the USA. She has also worked in a wide variety of roles with previous employers.
Donna enjoys staying active and goes to CrossFit 5-6 days a week.
