Kathryn Down

Kathryn joined Samuels in October 2023 as a Conveyancing Assistant mainly assisting Kirsty Fishleigh. She brings with her many years of wealth and experience within the Conveyancing industry, having worked in this sector for over 12 years.

Kathryn can deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process and is extremely professional and efficient. She has a very friendly and polite manner and is very approachable. She is also extremely capable of dealing with clients, other solicitors and estate agents either on the phone or in the office.

When not at work Kathryn enjoys going on long walks, reading and spending time with her family (not forgetting the puppy) and friends.
