Legal fees for straightforward wills
We charge a fixed fee of £275 plus VAT (£330) for a straightforward will.
Where you have two simple “mirror” wills, we charge a fixed fee of £375 plus VAT (£450).
Legal fees for more complex wills
More complex wills are also subject to fixed fees, which will be agreed with you at the outset of your matter. We will tell you what the cost of your more complex will is, before any fees have been incurred. We will also confirm to you that VAT will be added to your bill. VAT is currently 20%.
More complex wills would be those that also require us to give tax planning advice, or to incorporate a trust into the wills.

Once we have your instructions, we are able to prepare a will for your very quickly. If you need us to do so, we can come to see you at home, in a nursing home, or in hospital, usually at no extra cost.
