Victoria Nel
Solicitor
Victoria qualified as a solicitor at the end of 2018 and has been practising property law locally ever since. She joined Samuels Solicitors LLP at their Barnstaple office in February 2020.
Victoria grew up in North Devon before travelling extensively whilst studying for her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) through the Open University. She then studied for a Masters degree in Maritime and Marine law at Plymouth University.
She completed her legal training at the University of Law in Bristol before returning to North Devon after securing a training contract at a local firm.
Victoria offers a professional and friendly service that deals with all aspects residential conveyancing including purchases, sales and landlord and tenant transactions. She understands very well the needs of conveyancing clients and tackles issues with a pragmatic and sensitive approach.
In her spare time Victoria is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Law, Co-Chair of Governors at South Molton Community College and Chair of Members of the Tarka Learning Partnership. She is also a keen clarinettist playing for the Two Rivers Wind Ensemble.
Her usual working days are Tuesday to Friday.
