Andrew is a skilful all-round litigator with a speciality in resolving difficult disputes about contested estates and Powers of Attorney. He has a particular interest in preventing financial abuse of vulnerable members of society. He is adept at handling a broad range of litigation matters, having been involved in resolving a wide variety of disputes during his 30 year career, from County Court level right up to the Supreme Court..
He also has expertise in buying and selling houses, flats and land for clients in the North Devon region and beyond, and enjoys a growing reputation in that field. This, coupled with his extensive litigation experience, makes him uniquely well qualified to deal with professional negligence cases involving conveyancing mistakes.
Andrew’s early career was spent at top London law firms before he became a partner at a well-regarded firm in South London.
In 2014 he relocated with his family to North Devon and joined a well-respected local practice. He joined Samuels in 2018.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing cricket and exploring the amazing local beaches and countryside. His rugby playing days are sadly over, but he enjoys watching and coaching the sport.
