	Abbie heads our Probate and Wills department giving advise on Inheritance Tax Planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Family Partnerships matters. Abbie is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (S.T.E.P)

	Glyn Seal is our residential conveyancing solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has gained an extensive experience in both private practice and in local government in Devon & Somerset.

	Partner
	Jan qualified in 1980 and has extensive litigation and commercial experience. For many years Jan has been on the Law Society panel dealing with Solicitors professional negligence cases.

Judith Thompson

Julia is the Partner heading the firm's Family Law Department. She has been with the firm since1987, initially training as a Legal Executive before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002. Julia has experience dealing with all aspects of family law, including Divorce, Children, Financial matters, Injunctions, Separation and Pre-Nuptial Agreements.

	Becky joined Samuels as an assistant to a Partner dealing with Personal Injury. Since then Becky has qualified as a Legal Executive and is a member of ILEX.
